We have a custom built home as per our own architect... not a modification of a tract home.

Our kitchen has all hi end products. Our refigerator is a Miele and broke down within 4 months. 1. Problem-The business from which we brought the product does not service Miele since Miele services their own products.

2. We waited 3 weeks for them to replace the compressor despite the fact we insisted it was a freon leak due to our home sensor alarming at the same time the fridge stopped working. Replacing the compressor did not work. 67 min on hold yesterday with Miele +no result.

1 month and $10,000 down the drain. AVOID THIS COMPANY

I liked: Overall design and build quality of miele.

I didn't like: Customer servce, Poor service, Complicated installation plus discourtesy of service personnel.

The parts will have to come from Germany and you will have to buy another fridge to get buy in the meantime.
