We were looking for a high quality appliance so I purchased an expensive Miele fridge for about £1300. Annoyingly the appliance developed two faults at only 3 years old now it has now broken down again at 4 yrs old this time with an electronic issue.

Miele charge a small fortune to fix things and then take a whole week to come out to fix the issue to add insult to injury, not great when one has a fridge full of food. I have asked the retailer to apply pressure but that also has made no difference so I am very disappointed in MIELE.

Product or Service Mentioned: Miele Refrigerator.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1300.

I didn't like: Very poor.

Our big Miele fridge cost double that and treated us just as badly. The repair part had to come from Germany and we had to buy a spare fridge just to survive the lack of service from the original -- learned an expensive lesson.
