Miele set a delivery appointment time but did not contact me. I had to call for the time Was given a two hour window.
Oven arrived 2.5 hours after the appointment time, but no call to advise of late delivery. My entire Saturday plans were blown. Complained and no response. Wife loves the oven but the handling of delivery and lack of response to my complaint suggest their customer care program is negligible.
All they had to do was make a call and advise me of the delivery time as per their materials to begin with.
I understand that deliveries can be late but most companies and professionals I deal with give you the courtesy of a call to advise. Miele's lack of concern for others time, and further follow-up, can only be described as arrogant.
