After spending close to $42,000 on a whole kitchen worth of high end appliances and setting up a delivery date almost a month in advance, I was told days before the scheduled delivery that they would not deliver to my address.Considering that I was out of the country and unable to easily arrange another means of delivery, and that they were provided the address three weeks before they informed me (plus charged me $270 for delivery) I would not recommend ever buying this companies products.

Their customer service is a joke and made no attempt to fix an issue that they created.They were in fact rude to deal with.
