I inherited Miele appliances in the home I purchased. Thought I was getting upgrade in quality.

NOT! My induction cooktop started beeping and flashing codes and was told to turn off breaker for a min to reset it. didn't work. called Miele during their limited customer hours and waited 72 min for a tech support person.

They put in a call to their rep Mr. Appliance (also total bozos). Came to house was there a grand total of 5 min, charged $85 dollars and said call an electrician to switch ground off to actual ground. WTF?

This appliance had been working fine for years. Called electrician and corrected so called gnd issue.

Same problem. Hate these appliances!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
