POOR Customer service
My dishwasher has been under warranty repair for a bad control panel since aug 2021 (it's mar 2022) with at 6 probably 7 service calls and hours of my time waiting for technicians and making calls to reschedule appointments and fix their system which charged me twice for warranty repairs. Miele has done nothing beyond scheduling service calls.
They never answered my emails, never followed up to assess the reason for the numerous service calls (6 service calls to fix the same thing are standard?), never proactively or responsively followed up with me except with their auto appointment confirmation. Is this customer service? Where is Miele in this? I was told by customer service that they depend upon the technicians to make the call (no matter how that call affects the customer) and that there is nothing that they can do to remedy the problem.
These are high-end dishwashers and basically Miele is telling me that they do not care. They have a process to follow and that process serves them not the customer.

I had a trouble with post sale service, exchange and refund. Causing stress. Worst comoanu ever. I am happy with the appliances though. No issurs at all.
User's recommendation: If you like Miele, go for it but make sure you choose carefully. Return and exchage is a headache.

From day 1 issues. We bought through Lee Plumbing in Carmel Indiana.
Problem after problem with installation that escalated all the way up to Chip Lee the owner getting involved to help finish installation. Once we finally got installation done, Lee Plumbing was gone. No service, no followup. So as issues arose, we got the run around from Miele.
Months waiting to get service. Finally, a tech had to come down from Chicago. NOT OUR PROBLEM! The guys were great to fix all our smaller issues.
Now the stove is acting up. We have a 5-year warranty. THAT GETS YOU NOWHERE! We called in for servicing only to be told they are busy for the next 3 months and we can call to try to find somebody to fix our issues.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME!
We told them Chicago could come down again for all we cared. As expected no calls, no follow up, they DON'T CARE!

We have not received any feedback from Miele and I honestly don’t think they care
They told us it was regular wear and tear but I explain to the person I was talking to that it was the bottom of the racks it had the most rust as you can see in the pictures I provided, he said it would be $900 to replace the racks but because we were disappointed with the quality they would give us 40% discount which is still an outrageous price. They escalated our call to the presidents office and when they called us back they also said it was normal wear and tear and they could do nothing else for us. This Premier product is junk in 60 years I have never seen racks prematurely rust. Beware and do not purchase any of this companys products.
And if you do some research you will see that we are not the only customers that are having a problem with this product. If any other customers are disgusted with the customer service that we are receiving for this problem we should start a class action lawsuit.

My wife and I purchased a Miele Stove in 2015 from Abt in Illinois. We also bought extended 5 year warranty.
During the first year we encountered a problem with the left front burner not igniting properly and a build of gas as the igniter just clicked. We called Abt for service and they can out and replaced the igniter. About 9 months later it happened again and because Abt serviced it once already they said I needed to contact Miele to have them come out and fix. We did this and Miele came out and replaced the entire left Burner and all parts.
They had to basically deconstruct the entire stove to fix the problem. All seemed fine up until 2020 the same burner started back up with the same problem. We didn't call for service due to Covid-19 and decided to wait because we thought our warranty was good until Dec of 2021. We bought an extended 5 year warranty so this should not have been a problem but apparently they say you are buying 5 years but in reality it's only 4 because they add the first year original manufacturer warranty in with the 5 years which is pretty misleading as well.
So when I called customer service they informed me my warranty expired in Dec 2020. I then told them this issue has happened three times two of which were during warranty. They told me they would put it up tot their "Good Will" dept to authorize a repair for free and I would hear back from them 48-72 hours after my complaint. That was on Nov 16th of this year.
I called after the first 72 hours expired and they claimed I didn't hear from them because of the holiday and I would hear back soon. I decided to call again today Dec 3 2021 and was informed that I didn't hear back because my claim was denied. They say they have no record of my issue being serviced. So all Miele has to do is claim they never serviced a product in order to not stand behind it.
We paid upwards of $5,000 for this stove. I would highly recommend anyone considering this company for any product to steer clear based on their customer service alone.
It was the first time my wife and I decided to go high end on an appliance. Expensive lesson learned.

Bad Dishwasher
I would NEVER recommend purchasing a Miele product ever again! After doing some research and purchasing an expensive ($1400) Miele dishwasher due to the product reputation in January the dishwasher NEVER worked right.
The dishes come out dirty almost every time we use it and have to be hand washed , the dishes are also soaking wet after every cycle. We have had the dishwasher services twice by Miele technicians who of course found nothing wrong. We tried disputing the purchase with our credit card company to no success. I called Miele yet again and filed a complaint insisting the dishwasher is faulty and I would like a new dishwasher or a full refund.
Someone from Miele was supposed to call me within 24-72 hours and that was a week and a half ago. Called yet again today and insisted on speaking to a supervisor only to be 'disconnected' FIVE times. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON A MIELE PRODUCT. THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT AND HAVE HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Another 2 weeks later and I am STILL going in circles with Miele. They dont call back when they say they will, constantly get disconnected when talking to a rep which is probably a tactic of theirs (happens every time), they say they have no authorization to put you through to a supervisor.
THIS PLACE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. I am ready to just drop this dishwasher in front of their HQ in Princeton with big sign on it about how bad Miele is.

Almost 3 weeks to get aservice call for a dishwasher bought a new one and had huge problemds and am reporting them to dept of fair tnading they were good bet are now very slow to servece

It is apparent, majority of us that have purchased Miele, have experienced POOR Customer Support to resolve the issues with Miele Products.. At this point I would highly recommend anyone considering a Miele, to reconsider.
Calling Customer Care at Miele provides little or no help..
As most of us who have make the purchases and need support find there is no Real Support, just lip service. Shame on Miele
